HGC’s annual Civic Benefit Tournament is already around the corner! This tournament is one of our “Majors” here at Hayward Golf Course, giving us the opportunity to continue to invest in the long-term health of the facility and deliver a high level of quality to our Passholders and to our guests. Proceeds will go directly into our course improvement fund, from which a variety of projects will be made possible in the future, including this fall’s bunker and tee rebuild project, as well as practice facility upgrades.
This year’s Civic Benefit (Title Sponsor: Superior Choice Credit Union) will be held on Sunday, August 6th.
Individuals can sign up, and the 3-person teams will be assigned by the tournament committee. These 3-person teams will be playing in 6-somes for additional excitement as you keep an eye on your competition.
There will also be a Calcutta, providing an opportunity to be a winner even if you’re not on the winning team.
