A couple of our most key events are coming up within the next month, and we wanted to make everyone aware!
First, our Junior Club Championship is set for Friday, August 1st. Open to all HGC Passholders 18 years and younger, with separate divisions for girls and boys. Girls will play from the red tees; tee assignments for boys will be age-dependent. Tee times will begin at 3:11pm on the 1st. Pizza will be served after the round!
Entry for the Junior Club Championship is FREE!

Then, the Women’s Club Championship will be held over two days on Wednesday and Thursday, August 6th and 7th.
This event will feature 18 holes of golf each day, as well as THREE divisions based on age:
- Open: Up to 50 (and any players who wish to play in this division)
- Senior: 50 – 64
- Legends: 65+
There will be a Red-Green flight within any of the divisions, but note that those who declare for the Red-Green flight will not be eligible for the Gross Championship. Whatever your level of competitiveness is, the Championship will have a spot for you! The Open Champion and the Senior Champion will receive dedicated parking spots for the next year, as well!
Tee times begin at 8:32am on both the 6th and the 7th.
This Championship is open to all female Passholders at Hayward Golf Course, including those with Loyalty passes, and the entry fee is $50 per player, which includes prizes, trophies, and lunch after the second round on the 7th. Payouts will be redeemable for Pro Shop merchandise. We’re hoping for a modern record turnout this year, and we’re on track to see just that!
