It’s hard to believe, but our Men’s Club Championship is already on the horizon! This year’s Championship will be taking place over the weekend of Saturday and Sunday, August 29th and 30th.
This event is open to all male HGC Passholders, including Loyalty Passholders. On Saturday, you can play with any golfers you’d like; you will already be flighted, but you can build your own foursome with anybody (Pro Shop staff will assist with finding you a group if you’d prefer). On Sunday, pairings will be determined based on Saturday’s results, and will finalized Saturday evening.
There will be three divisions based on age:
- Open: Up to 50 (and any players who wish to declare for this division), playing from Blue tees.
- Senior: 50 – 64 (and any players who wish to declare), playing from White tees.
- Legends: 65+, playing from Gold tees.
Regardless of your skill level, age, or handicap, there is a place for you to be competitive!
There will be lunch and an awards ceremony on Sunday after the final around!
The tournament entry fee is $80, which includes lunch, prizes, and trophies. All three of the division winners will receive dedicated parking spots for the next year, as well! To win the Open division (and be the overall Men’s Club Champion), you must play from the Blue tees; to be the Senior Champion, you must play from the Whites.
