As always, we’re thrilled to be hosting the Hayward community’s Fourth of July Picnic and Fireworks display on Saturday, July 4th! This year is even more special because of the major milestone our country is celebrating: 250 years of independence!
Beginning at 5pm on the 4th, in the field behind the Primary and Intermediate Schools, we will have food and drink vendors on hand with a variety of selections. There will also be a DJ, games for kids, and the Hayward Hawks baseball game starting at 7:00pm.
The fireworks show will begin once it’s fully dark, at roughly 10pm. We’ve increased our fireworks budget by over 50% to make the most of this major anniversary! This is always one of the most fun evenings of the whole year, and we hope you’ll join us as part of this very special Independence Day!
