Given the very unusual winter we had, we know a lot of you have been wondering when the course will be opening for play. We finally have an answer: the course will open for play TODAY, March 11th, starting at 1:00pm! Walking-only for the time being, as the course is thawed but still soft in some places. The driving range remains closed at this time.

Obviously, the weather in springtime can be unpredictable and variable, so we certainly still expect there to be days with late starts — and days when we’re closed entirely — due to cold and inclement weather, so always check with the Pro Shop to see what conditions look like on any given day. Call the Pro Shop now (715-634-2760) to book your first tee times of the 2024 golf season! Tee times are also able to be booked on our website, but make sure you select “Hayward Golf Course” rather than the simulator bays when selecting your time.
Our Trackman simulators in the clubhouse will remain operational through at least the end of March, so if the weather outside is periodically too chilly, or if the golf course is closed for the day, the simulator bays will still be ready for play!
