We’re very pleased to announce our new partnership with Noteefy for the 2026 golf season! Through their Virtual Tee Time Assistant, Noteefy allows golfers to join a tee time wait list: set dates and times that you’d like to play, and then Noteefy will alert you when tee times become available! Instead of having to constantly check back to see if a desired time has opened up, Noteefy will do that for you!

Additionally, and recent visitors to the Hayward Golf Course website may have already spotted this, we have implemented Noteefy’s AI Pro Shop Assistant. You will see it in the bottom left corner of our homepage, and it looks like this:
The AI Pro Shop Assistant can answer basic questions about rates, offerings, events, and general course information, and potentially save you a phone call to the Pro Shop. Though, of course, our Pro Shop staff members always remain ready to assist you in any way!
